If your missing package is for a time-sensitive gift and you're feeling nervous (understandable), please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll pull out all the stops. If you placed your order after December 12 (USA) or December 5 (Canada), we will not be able to secure delivery before Christmas.
If your item is not for a time-sensitive gift, please wait a full business day after the tracking indicates delivery (meaning, if your tracking "delivered" on Monday morning, wait until the end of the day Tuesday). This gives UPS a day to correct the mistake (or a day for your neighbor to realize they have the wrong box).
If it still hasn't arrived after a full day: log in to your MyChoice UPS account (or create one for free) and inquire about a missing package.
