Art Production Time
After placing your order, your selection(s) will go into production, where they will be custom-made-to-order, by hand, in the USA. Your art order will ship in 5-7 days. We observe postal/national Holidays, and those are not to be included in business day calculations. Orders often ship in multiple packages, and sometimes on different days. Please be sure to scroll all the way down on your tracking email(s), to make sure you get the entire scope.
As soon as your order is on it's way to you, you will receive an automated email from firstname.lastname@example.org, which will include a tracking link. Sometimes this link may take up to 24 hours post-shipment to be accurate and active. This because the tracking link won't reflect data until the package is picked up and scanned.We can't wait to deliver your new art!
Apparel Production Time
Our apparel is printed and fulfilled by our friends at Ramble and Company in Texas and are printed in small batches within two weeks of order.
Shipping to Canada
We love our friendly customers in the North! Please note that we cannot ship to Canadian PO Boxes. If you enter a Canadian PO Box address for shipment, your order will go on hold until we get a physical address from you, which will delay shipment. You can read more about shipping, here.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production, we may not be able to update the shipping address. For art orders: once you receive your tracking number, you can log in to your MyChoice UPS account and request a change of delivery address directly with UPS.
If you need to change the size, image, or product type for your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has shipped and we would be happy to make the change for you at no additional fee. We may not be able to catch every order before it goes into production; in such a case, we will be happy to issue an exchange.
All of our items are printed on-demand and we get started on your artwork as soon as the order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our orders, canceled orders will incur a 20% processing fee since we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are canceled.
We are thrilled to offer our customers products that are print on demand (including both our art and sweatshirts), through a handful of USA-based production partners. This is awesome because there is no waste in unused products and we can offer more customization.
Our production partners don’t cap our orders, but it’s very possible that—due to an excess of orders across their customer base— that there could be unforeseen shortages and back-orders in product that are out of our control. If this should happen, we will be sure to get you your order ASAP when the material is re-stocked. We would be unable to refund your order; but should you choose not to wait for the product re-stock, we will issue you a store credit or exchange.
Prices will never be included on any packing slips for any products.
