Due to the organic nature of class and wood, it’s possible that your canvas material may loosen a little over time. This is because certain ranges in climate (temperature and humidity) can cause the wood to expand and contract. If it should happen, take heart – it's a fast and easy fix! Find an empty clean spray bottle and fill it with hot water and liberally spray the back side of your canvas. The warm water will stretch the canvas, much like when we wash and then dry our clothes. Once dry, it should be perfectly taut again!
This trick also works great if you've leaned your canvas against something and it's left a bit of an indented mark. *IF* for any reason, this doesn't fix the issue, send us a photo of the issue and we'll take care of you!
Note from Lindsay: If you don’t happen to have an empty spray bottle laying around – because who does? – I actually just douse a clean rag with water and liberally sponge the back of the canvas. That works just fine!
