Did your art arrive damaged?
If your item was unfortunately damaged during shipment, please fill out this brief form. You'll need your order number and photos of the damaged product.
Rest easy, because you don't need to send us the damaged piece back. After we've received your photos and processed the replacement, we encourage you to donate it or gift it if possible. And we will personally see to it that your replacement piece is delivered to you on the wings of angels. (No, not really, but the rest of all that is true!)
Would you like to exchange your art for something else?
If you're not delighted with your selection after you see it in your home, we will be happy to exchange it for something that will! Please fill out this form within 30 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to take care of you.
Please note that all of our products are custom-made-to-order and that we never re-sell art that has already shipped. The customization options available within the Art Bar mean that a single piece of art could be configured over 1,000 unique ways. We don't keep a warehouse to store and organize returns until the next person chooses the exact same configuration! Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or make price adjustments on purchases.
