If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make a plan to exchange it for something that will better suit your needs!
Another piece of good news is that we have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee! If you're within the 30 day window of your purchase and decide that a different frame/size/color would have been better suited for your design needs, we'd be happy to issue an exchange! Just contact us with your original order number, and we'll get you taken care of!
Product arrived damaged?
If your item was unfortunately damaged during shipment, please send us photos of the damage, along with any photos of the packaging (this helps when we file claims with the shipper), and your order number, and we will send a replacement ASAP! And, rest easy, because you don't need to send us the damaged piece back. (Because, let's be honest, that's annoying for you). Plus, we have no warehouse or storage of product anyway! We encourage you to donate it or gift it if possible (after we've received your photos). And we will personally see to it that your replacement piece is delivered to you on the wings of angels. (No, not really, but the rest of all that is true!)
