Did your product arrive damaged?
If your item was unfortunately damaged during shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You'll need your order number and photos of the damaged product.
Rest easy, because you don't need to send us the damaged piece back. After we've received your photos and processed the replacement, we encourage you to donate it or gift it if possible. And we will personally see to it that your replacement piece is delivered to you on the wings of angels. (No, not really, but the rest of all that is true!)
Would you like to exchange your product for something else?
If you're not delighted with your selection after you see it in your home, we will be happy to exchange it for something that will! Please email within 30 days of delivery (60 days for orders placed in November & December), and we'll be happy to take care of you. Include your order number in the subject line and please give us a brief description of why the piece did not suit your taste or home. We have different exchange procedures depending on whether you would like an item of equal or higher value.
Please note that all of our products are custom-made-to-order and that we never re-sell art that has already shipped.
The customization options available within the Art Bar mean that a single piece of art could be configured many, many ways. We don't keep a warehouse to store and organize returns until the next person chooses the exact same configuration. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or make price adjustments on purchases.

We are thrilled to offer our customers products that are printed to order through a handful of USA-based production partners. We love this because there is no waste in unused products, and we can make you exactly what you want.
Our production partners don’t cap our orders, but it’s very possible that — due to an excess of orders across their customer base— that there could be unforeseen shortages and back-orders in product that are out of our control. If this should happen, we will be sure to get you your order ASAP when the material is re-stocked.
